Master Chery Pakistan is preparing to enter the local automotive market with the potential launch of vehicles equipped with the Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) system.
The company recently showcased this technology on its official social media platforms, highlighting a model resembling the Chery Tiggo 8 CSH.
The Chery Super Hybrid (CSH) is a development in plug-in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV) technology. Marketed as a PHEV system, it combines engineering with efficiency and durability.
According to Chery, the system offers a driving range of up to 1,400 kilometres, allowing long-distance travel without frequent charging or refuelling.
It achieves 98.5% electric drive efficiency and features IP68 water and dust resistance.
The hybrid system is designed to provide consistent performance, power management, and reduced emissions, aligning with consumer interest in sustainable mobility solutions.
In addition to this technology, Master Chery is expected to expand its SUV line-up. Reports indicate that the company may introduce the Tiggo 9, a mid-size SUV that has been noted in international markets for its design and features.
While official specifications and launch details remain unconfirmed, industry sources suggest the vehicle could be unveiled as early as next month. It is not yet clear whether the Tiggo 9 will be offered in its PHEV (Plug-in Hybrid Electric Vehicle) version, its ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) variant, or both, providing options based on performance and fuel type.
If introduced, the Tiggo 9 and the CSH technology would expand Master Chery's presence in Pakistan's SUV and hybrid market.
