On August 5th, Mercedes-Benz Korea said, "We have expressed our deep apologies to our customers and have reached an amicable agreement with them.
Mercedes-Benz Korea only said that it is currently checking whether the vehicle is flooded or not.
Earlier, a buyer wrote to an online community, "I bought a Benz GLS worth KRW 150 million (US$ 115,520) two weeks ago, but the speaker part didn't work the next day after shipment raised.
This buyer requested an exchange, but it is known that Benz Korea replied that it could be exchanged for a certain amount of money.
Meanwhile, in an online cafe where Mercedes-Benz car buyers have signed up, there are also reports of rain leaking in the rain due to a defect in the sunroof of an E-class vehicle.
