Updated KTM Duke 250 launched in Nepali market in 2024.
Hansraj Hulaschand, the authorised distributor of KTM bikes in Nepal, has opened bookings on the third-generation KTM 250 Duke.
In this new update, KTM has updated the overall engine, chassis, and features which takes the overall Duke 250 offering to a whole new level.
KTM Duke 250 features the aggressive street fighter stance of the Duke sprite. Additionally, it has a slightly longer wheelbase and new frame geometry for improved stability and handling. It gets an all-LED setup that combines a powerful LED Headlight with LED Indicators.
The updated muscular tank features the signature tank pattern and wet finish of the paint. The overall body is stylised for innovation and ergonomics.
Furthermore, the side profile is improved thanks to the split-seat setup and orange-coloured alloy wheels. The rear profile is also very aggressive. It gets an all-LED tail lamp with a complete LED side indicator.
Additionally, the KTM Duke 250 is available in two different colours: Ceramic White and Electric Orange.
KTM Duke 250 is powered by a 249.07cc, Single-Cylinder, Liquid-cooled, SOHC FI engine. It can generate a max power of 31 PS at 9250rpm and a max torque of 25 Nm at 7250rpm.
Moreover, it is mated to a 6-speed gearbox with 15 litres of fuel capacity. It is a BS6-compliant FI engine with E20 Fuel Compatible.
With the new engine, the power and torque figures have gone up by 1 PS and 1 Nm, and, it has a larger fuel tank capacity.
Like before, the Duke 250 boasts premium features like Switchable ABS, Slipper Clutch, Larger Exhaust, Multi-LED Headlamp, and premium colours.
KTM Duke 250 features the same frame setup as the 2024 KTM Duke 390, with a Steel Trellis Main Frame and Die-Cast Aluminium Subframe. 43mm WP APEX USD and 10-step Preload Adjustable WP APEX Monoshock handle suspension duties.
It gets a Dual Disc setup with Dual-Channel ABS (with Supermoto ABS). KTM Duke 250 gets 176mm ground clearance. And, the kerb weight sits at 162.8kg.

The KTM Duke 250 price in Nepal is Rs. 740,000 (US$ 5,600).
As for availability, KTM Nepal has opened bookings for those interested. The bike is expected to arrive in Nepal by the end of February, 2024.
