GWM Indonesia is expanding its network by opening a new dealership in Cibubur, East Jakarta. The dealership, located on Jalan Pusdika Raya, is equipped with 3S facilities (sales, service, spare parts).
Khoo Shao Tze, president director of Inchcape Automotive Indonesia, stated that Cibubur was chosen for its strategic position.
''Cibubur is a crossroads of four regions, namely East Jakarta, Bogor, Bekasi, and Depok, with a population that continues to grow,'' he said during the inauguration on October 10th.
The 7,100-square-metre dealership also offers various modern facilities, including a comfortable café and waiting area, as well as a comprehensive service area. This is expected to provide greater comfort for customers who come to purchase vehicles or seek service. In addition to inaugurating the dealership, GWM Indonesia also announced the latest price for the Haval Jolion model, which is now priced at IDR 405 million (US$ 26,000) OTR Jakarta.
Lisa Wijaya, sales & network director of GWM Indonesia, expressed optimism that this price would attract more consumers.
''We are confident that this competitive price will make the Haval Jolion even more popular, especially with the hybrid technology it offers,'' said Lisa.
The Haval Jolion, which has been assembled locally at the Inchcape manufacturing facility in Wanaherang, Bogor, is one of GWM's flagship products featuring hybrid technology. This vehicle is equipped with an efficient special hybrid transmission (DHT) and comprehensive safety features, including five-star certification from the Australasian NCAP (ANCAP).
The GWM Cibubur dealership is expected to facilitate access for consumers in the Cibubur area to choose hybrid electric vehicles that GWM is promoting.
In addition, GWM offers a variety of after-sales services, such as a 7-year or 200,000-kilometre general warranty, an 8-year hybrid battery warranty, and 24-hour roadside assistance. With this latest dealership, GWM is further demonstrating its commitment to strengthening its presence in Indonesia, particularly in facing competition in the electric vehicle market.
