Luxgen to start delivering new 5 sedan in Vietnam in March

Vietnamese deliveries of the Luxgen 5 sedan will commence from March 2013, the Taiwanese carmaker has announced. Luxgen already offers the 7 MPV, 7 CEO (upgraded version of the MPV) and the 7 SUV in Vietnam. The Luxgen 5 will be offered with two (petrol) engine options in Vietnam - a 2.0-litre 170 PS unit paired with a six-speed auto, and a 1.8-litre 154 PS unit mated to a five-speed auto. The Luxgen 5 2.0 will be priced at VND 960 million (US$ 46,100), while the 1.8 will cost VND 772 million.
