The Teana VIP is a Chinese-only stretched variant of the Nissan Teana.

It will be launched in the China car market just before the end of this year. The Teana VIP and Teana are made in China by the Dongfeng-Nissan joint venture.

The VIP is stretched by 13.5 centimeters compared to the standard car. All extra space goes to the passengers in the back. Size:- 5,003 mm / 1,830 mm / 1,490 mm and wheelbase is 2,910 mm. The Teana VIP will be available with a 2.5-litre V6 and a 3.5-litre V6.

The standard Teana was launched in the Chinese car market in March. Price starts at 177,800 yuan (US$ 29,100) and ends at 244,800 yuan. Engines: 2-litre with 140 hp and 190 Nm and a 2.5-litre V6 with 185 hp and 234 Nm, both mated to a CVT.

Size: 4,868 mm / 1,830 mm / 1,490 mm and the wheelbase is 2,775 mm.

It comes with a VIP badge under the Teana badge. The VIP will come with loads of goodies such as a double sunroof, Bose sound system, leather everywhere and captain seats in the back.
