Since the establishment of Shangqi Automobile by Shangteng Automobile Group, securing the Kia dealership rights in New Taipei City has paved the way for a strategic collaboration with Doufu Group, Taiwan's largest Korean restaurant chain.

In a commitment to enhance local service capabilities and offer more convenient one-stop services, the Shangqi Kia Automobile Xinzhuang Service Center was officially inaugurated today (22nd), perpetuating the exquisite and honorable immersive service experience for all Kia car owners.
With an investment of NTD 45 million (US$ 1.4 million), Kia Shangqi Automobile has constructed a new service base in adherence to Korean original factory specifications, situated adjacent to the exhibition centre. Boasting 5 exclusive independent workstations and dedicated electric vehicle maintenance personnel to cater to the acclaim and rapid growth of Kia's electric vehicles, the facility also features three exclusive charging stations to power visiting cars.
It promises professional, safe, and high-quality warranty services. Furthermore, premium mobility scooter services, including the Sorento HEV luxury gasoline-electric SUV, are extended by Kia Shangqi Automobile.
The Shangqi Automobile Kia Xinzhuang Service Center adopts the innovative "Kia Store" design, incorporating the core concept of the Kia brand's new design, "Opposites United." This design is seamlessly integrated with the "immersive service" experience from the Shangqi Automobile Kia Xinzhuang Exhibition Center, establishing a distinctive service encounter in China. The guest lounge area, featuring sofas, bar-style seats, 3C charging facilities, a 75-inch large TV, and more, ensures a comfortable rest space for car owners awaiting repairs.
In addition to meeting Kia's original factory specifications, the Kia Xinzhuang Service Center provides extra services, including Italian BEVCO sparkling water and top-notch hand-brewed coffee machines under the brand "Flavor Leaks." These coffee machines incorporate IoT smart applications, allowing cloud-controlled access to professional techniques of coffee masters and providing a delightful coffee experience. The centre also offers snacks like tofu, Korean seaweed, and chili pancakes from Doufu Group.
For early morning arrivals, the Kia Service Center prepares Hong Ruizhen sandwiches for breakfast, and during lunchtime, Korean exquisite meals such as Juan tofu and ginseng chicken soup are provided for car owners under warranty.
